When frying milk at home, the oil temperature should not be too high, 70% to 80% hot is enough, and the fire should not be too high when frying, it is best to control it on medium heat, otherwise the fried milk will easily become mushy, and then its taste will deteriorate. Under normal circumstances, the surface of the fried milk should be golden yellow.
