Osmanthus wine can also be brewed with glutinous rice wine. When making it, you need to prepare 50 grams of osmanthus, 50 grams of white sugar, and 500 grams of glutinous rice wine. 2. Add the prepared osmanthus and rock sugar into the glutinous rice wine, put it into a clean glass bottle, seal it and store it in a cool and ventilated place. After 60 days, the homemade osmanthus wine will be fermented. 3. When making osmanthus wine, the prepared osmanthus flowers should be selected in advance, and the spoiled osmanthus flowers should be removed, and the remaining stems of the osmanthus flowers should be removed.
