2. Mullet is good for soup

Making soup with black fish is a very good way to eat it. When making it, you need to remove the scales, gills and internal organs of the black fish, then wash it, cut it into sections, fry it in a pan until it turns golden brown, take it out and put it into the soup pot, add green onions and ginger, then add appropriate amount of water and stew it together.
