2. Spicy pheasant

Spicy pheasant is also very delicious. Its main ingredient is processed dried pheasant. When making it, you need to cut the dried pheasant into pieces, then blanch it in boiling water for a few minutes, take it out to drain the water, stir-fry it in a pan, and after the meat is cooked, add chopped pepper and your favorite seasonings, stir well and it can be served.

3. Stewed pheasant pieces

The pheasant pieces taste good after being stewed. The nutrition is the highest when stewed. Before making it, clean the pheasant, chop it into pieces, and blanch it. Then put the chicken pieces back into the pot and add onions, ginger, cooking wine, tangerine peel, star anise and other seasonings to stew together.
