To make it, you need to clean a carp, cut it into the head and tail, slice the body of the fish, but do not cut it off, and then place it on a plate, with the head and tail in the right place. Then put appropriate amounts of green onions, ginger, garlic and chopped red pepper together and marinate with salt for ten minutes, pour the marinated chopped pepper on the carp, and then steam the carp in a steamer.

3. Carp stewed with tofu

Carp stewed with tofu is also a common way to eat carp. When making it, cut the scaled and cleaned fish into pieces, and cut the tofu into cubes. Then prepare seasonings such as onion, ginger, garlic, light soy sauce, and bean paste. Put oil in the pot and heat it. First put the ginger slices, then put the fish pieces in and fry them. After the surface changes color, add the bean paste and light soy sauce, then add the onion and garlic, add water and tofu, and stew them together. After 20 minutes, add salt to season, and stew for another ten minutes. After it is out of the pot, add an appropriate amount of coriander and it can be served.
