Alstroemeria is a Chinese mushroom, commonly known as chicken pot, also known as termite mushroom and chicken silk mushroom. The cap is round when it is just unearthed. 1. Alpinia terrestris contains effective ingredients that can treat diabetes and has a significant effect on lowering blood sugar.

2. The flesh of Alpinia arborescens is tender, fragrant and delicious. Chinese people have a long history of eating this mushroom, which is one of the famous wild edible mushrooms. This mushroom has medicinal effects such as "benefiting the stomach, clearing the mind and curing hemorrhoids".

3. Rinse the chicken mushrooms in warm water for more than an hour, remove and wash, and drain. Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger and garlic slices, add red pepper and chicken mushroom shreds, stir-fry, add meat slices, stir-fry evenly, add salt, soy sauce, chicken essence, a little soup stock, and move in dried fruits.

5.
