Material:

From left to right in the top row are appropriate amount of wolfberries, 2 to 3 white fungus, 2 slices of tangerine cake, 3 to 4 red dates; from left to right in the second row are 1 teaspoon of osmanthus wine, 80g black glutinous rice, 60g round glutinous rice, 40g mung bean kernels; from left to right in the bottom row are appropriate amount of raisins, 40g millet, 1 teaspoon of instant bird's nest.

Prepare:

After washing the black glutinous rice and round glutinous rice, soak them in water for about 1 hour.

Material:

30g cooked chestnuts, 35g chestnut paste, about 3 walnuts, 3 to 5 lilies, a little condensed milk, and a little corn flour.

Step 1

Cut the tangerine cake and red dates into small pieces with a knife.

Step 2

Put 2 small bowls of water in the pot, turn to low heat after the water boils and add black glutinous rice and cook for 15 minutes. Then add round glutinous rice and cook for about 10 minutes. Continue to add millet and mung bean kernels.

After 10 minutes, add the remaining ingredients such as red dates, wolfberries, white fungus and bird's nest. Turn off the heat after about 10 minutes. You can add some sugar or coconut milk to taste.

Cut the papaya in half horizontally from the widest part in the middle, take the rounder half, remove the seeds and use a baller to scoop out about 3 to 4 small papaya balls.

Pour the boiled walnut and chestnut soup into a bowl, place the cooked lilies on the soup and serve.
