3. Put the plate into the steamer and turn on the fire to steam. The steaming time should be about half an hour. You can boil the pot with high heat first, then reduce the heat and steam for half an hour. After turning off the heat, simmer for three to five minutes, take it out, mix well and it can be eaten.

3. Steam over medium heat for 10 minutes after boiling, then slowly steam over low heat for about half an hour. After turning off the heat, do not open the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes. If you are worried that the taro is not cooked, you can also use chopsticks to poke it before turning off the heat to see if it is cooked. If it is cooked, you can turn off the heat directly.

4. After taking out the steamed taro, you can remove the skin, put the soy sauce in a small plate, and eat it directly with the taro.
