Step 1: Prepare a bowl, add soy sauce, vinegar, salt and sugar and mix thoroughly.

Step 2: Wash the cabbage, drain and blanch until done. Add the wide noodles to the boiling water and remove after they are fully cooked.

Step 3: Pour the sauce over the noodles, and add the cabbage, sesame oil and chili oil.

Step 4: Heat a pan of oil and pour it over the noodles and cabbage.
