1. Ingredients: two potatoes weighing about 300 grams, one orange weighing about 100 grams, and some carrots, red beans or wolfberries as decorations, as well as a few marshmallows and a mold.

2. Peel the potatoes and rinse them with clean water. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices (not too many, just five or six slices will be fine). Wash the red beans as well, and then steam them together in a pot.

3. While the potatoes are steaming, cut the orange into pieces with a knife, and then take out the flesh for later use. Apply some cooking oil to the prepared mold to facilitate demoulding. If there is no mold, you can use jelly shell instead.

4. After the potatoes are steamed, take them out and put them in a fresh-keeping bag. Then use a rolling pin to press them into a paste. The finer the mashed potatoes are, the better the taste will be.
