Main ingredients: 1 white radish Accessories: salt, pepper, five-spice powder, sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce

Steps for pickling spiced dried radish

1. Wash the radish, remove the whiskers and any bumps.

2. Then cut the white radish into 1cm strips.

3. Put the cut white radish strips into a container and add appropriate amount of salt to marinate for 5 hours

4. After pickling for 5 hours, squeeze out the water from the pickled white radish as much as possible.

5. Spread the radishes evenly on the grate and place them in the sun to dry.

6. After about 1 day, when the white radish no longer releases water, you can pickle it.

7. Pickling process: Put the dried white radish in a container, and mix the salt, sugar, pepper, five-spice powder, vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil according to your taste.

8. You can also put the pickled white radish into an airtight container for long-term consumption.
