1 oxtail, 500g tomatoes, 400g potatoes, 2 eggs, 50g Jinhua ham, 3 slices of ginger, a pinch of salt

Tomato oxtail soup recipe:

1. Chop the oxtail into pieces and cook in boiling water for about 10 minutes.

2. Take out the oxtail, wash it with clean water and set aside

3. Peel the tomatoes and cut into large pieces for later use

4. Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into thick slices for later use. To prevent the potatoes from changing color, soak them in clean water.

5. Boil the eggs (put them in boiling water and cook for 7-8 minutes)

6. Peel the eggs, slice them and set aside

7. Wash and cut Jinhua ham into small pieces for later use

8. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the clay pot, add the oxtail, ham cubes, and ginger, turn to high heat until the water boils, then turn to low heat and cook for 4 hours
