How to make Trichosanthes white sugar cake

250 grams of Trichosanthes kirilowii pulp (deseeded), 100 grams of white sugar, 800 grams of flour, and appropriate amounts of baking powder and vegetable oil.

1. Pour appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Add the chopped Trichosanthes kirilowii and sugar. Simmer over low heat. Mix well and press into stuffing. Remove from heat and place in a bowl for later use.

2. Add appropriate amount of water and baking powder to the flour, mix well and knead into dough. Let it stand for 2 to 3 hours until the dough ferments, then knead and roll it into strips, roll it into a thin pancake, put the Trichosanthes filling in the center, pinch the mouth to close, wrap it up, and make it into a sandwich pancake.

3. Heat up a pan, grease it with oil, and fry the raw sandwich in the pan until cooked; or steam it in a steamer until cooked. Serve as a snack.
