1. Grind the prepared barley. There are many specific methods, such as dry grinding, wet grinding, and moisture grinding. Dry grinding is the most commonly used. If a large amount of processing is required, professional preparation is required. After the barley is crushed, it can be divided into coarse grains, fine grains, powder and other different grades according to size.

2. After crushing, the barley is saccharified. The saccharification time is different for different grades. After saccharification, it needs to be filtered and finally passed through a wort filter press to obtain wort.

3. When malt is saccharifying, the addition of enzymes is particularly important. Substances such as amylolytic enzymes, proteolytic enzymes, and phosphatases are all necessary ingredients. In addition, when malt is saccharifying, the protein, acidic substances, and sugars in it will undergo qualitative changes. Only when the saccharification quality is high can the prepared malt juice be pure and the quality of the beer produced will be excellent.
