2. After crushing, the barley is saccharified. The saccharification time is different for different grades. After saccharification, it needs to be filtered and finally passed through a wort filter press to obtain wort.

3. When malt is saccharifying, the addition of enzymes is particularly important. Substances such as amylolytic enzymes, proteolytic enzymes, and phosphatases are all necessary ingredients.
