How to make tomato omelette rice?

I don't know if you have ever eaten tomato omelette rice. It is very delicious and very easy to make. I will teach you how to make it. You can make it at home when you have nothing to do.

Ingredients for Tomato Omelet Rice:

1 egg; 6 ounces of fried rice

Tomato Omelet Rice Seasoning:

1/4 tsp cornstarch; salt to taste; 2 tsp tomato paste

Tomato Omelet Rice Recipe:

1. Beat the eggs, add cornstarch and salt and mix well.

2. Heat the oil in a pan, wipe off the excess oil with a paper towel, then add the egg liquid from step 1 slowly and evenly into the pan. When the egg skin becomes a golden round shape, put the fried rice in the middle of the egg skin.

6. Place the rolled egg skin upside down and cover the prepared rice.

7. Quickly cut the egg skin in the middle and spread it naturally on the rice.
