Steps to cook lentil fried meat

These days my baby has been asking for fried lentils with meat, so I bought some lentils at the vegetable market. Here I will tell you how to make fried lentils with meat for baby food:

Lentil fried meat ingredients

Tenderloin; lentils; shredded ginger; scallions;

Salt;Chicken bouillon;

Today's home-cooked dish has the effect of strengthening the spleen and stomach, and replenishing qi and blood.

Lentil fried meat steps/method

1. Slice the tenderloin, mix with a spoonful of oyster sauce and a spoonful of cooking wine; then add a spoonful of salad oil, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

2. While the meat is marinating, wash and drain the lentils; cut them diagonally into small pieces.

3. Heat the pan and pour in salad oil. When the oil is warm, add shredded ginger and scallion segments and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in the pork tenderloin slices and stir-fry quickly until the surface changes color. Remove from the pan and set aside. Pour in the lentils and stir-fry over high heat with the remaining oil in the pan.

4. Pour in a little water and simmer for two minutes; pour in the fried tenderloin slices in step 5, stir fry for a few times, add salt and chicken essence, stir fry evenly, and serve.

5. Tips: Lentils are not easy to cook, so soak them in cold water (or scald them with boiling water) before cooking. Because white lentils contain a blood coagulation substance and hemolytic saponin, if eaten raw or undercooked, some people may experience poisoning reactions such as headaches, dizziness, nausea, and vomiting within 3 to 4 hours after eating.

6. It is particularly suitable for people with loose stools due to spleen deficiency, reduced appetite, chronic diarrhea, women with spleen deficiency and leukorrhea, and children with malnutrition (simple indigestion). It is also suitable for people with summer colds with dampness, acute gastroenteritis, indigestion, heat headaches, dizziness, nausea, irritability, thirst, heart and stomach pain, and loss of appetite. It is especially suitable for cancer patients.

7. Lentils are rich in nutrients, including protein, fat, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, dietary fiber, provitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C, cyanogenic glycosides, tyrosinase, etc. Lentil skins are particularly rich in B vitamins. In addition, there are phospholipids, sucrose, and glucose. Lentils also contain hemagglutinin, a protein substance that can increase the synthesis of deoxyribonucleic acid and ribonucleic acid, inhibit immune response and the movement of white blood cells and lymphocytes, so it can activate the lymphocytes of tumor patients to produce lymphotoxins, which have non-specific damaging effects on body cells, so it has a significant effect on tumor regression. Tumor patients should eat lentils often, which have certain auxiliary therapeutic effects. Lentils have a light fragrance without being pungent, mild in nature and slightly yellow in color, which is most suitable for the spleen.
