Pasta making steps

Pasta making steps

Have you ever eaten tomato pasta? If I have time, I will make it myself. Here is the specific method:

Spaghetti with tomato sauce

Ingredients: pasta, tomato sauce, tomatoes (cut into small cubes), minced meat (pork or beef), onions (shredded), potatoes (cut into small cubes), carrots (cut into small cubes), green beans, mushrooms, sweet corn kernels (you can add any vegetables you like, such as green peppers, broccoli, snow peas, etc.)

practice:

1. Bring water to a boil (use more water than you normally use to cook noodles), add a small spoonful of salt, and then put the spaghetti in and cook until done. It will take longer than cooking noodles, so you can taste it and make sure it is cooked through.

2. Take out the cooked noodles, rinse with cold water and drain.

3. Put oil in a wok. You can use vegetable oil or butter, but butter is more fragrant. When the oil is hot, add the onion shreds and stir-fry until the aroma comes out. Add the minced meat and continue to stir-fry until the minced meat changes color and turns white.

4. Add diced tomatoes, diced potatoes, diced carrots, green beans, and sweet corn kernels (you can choose any ingredients you want) and stir-fry together, then add tomato sauce (the amount of sauce can be adjusted according to your taste), stir-fry evenly, add water to just cover the ingredients, cover and simmer on low heat.

5. After about 4 to 5 minutes (the time depends on the amount of ingredients), when the soup becomes thick, add the mushroom slices and stir-fry for a few times. When the ingredients are cooked, add sugar and salt according to personal taste, turn off the heat, and the sauce is cooked.

6. Place the noodles on a plate, pour the sauce on them, and they are done.

Traditional Italian

Ingredients: 75g pasta, salt, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 3 tomatoes, 75g ground beef and pork, pepper, sweet paprika, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 75ml water, 3 tablespoons chopped basil

practice:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water until cooked and al dente. Peel the onion and garlic and dice. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into small pieces. Add salt, pepper and paprika to the minced meat and stir with a fork.

2. Heat a non-stick pan, add oil, sauté onions, garlic and minced meat, then add tomatoes, tomato paste and water, stir thoroughly, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika, and finally top with basil.

3. Use a sieve to drain the water from the noodles and place them in a deep plate. Finally, pour the minced meat sauce on top.
