1. Corn oil

Corn oil is one of the products of corn deep processing. The oil content of corn in my country is generally around 3.5%~4%. The oil content of high-oil corn cultivated abroad can reach 7.2%~7.5%, and the high-oil corn cultivated in my country can reach 8%~10%. Corn oil produced in the deep processing of corn can be further processed into corn salad oil, which can increase the value of corn.

Corn oil is an edible health-care vegetable oil that is worth promoting. Its unsaturated fatty acid content is as high as 85%, mainly oleic acid and linoleic acid, and it absorbs more than 97% of aluminum. It is a very good functional health food. 3. Corn saccharification and fermentation

The waste residue after corn saccharification, fermentation and distillation can be made into DDGS protein feed by dehydrating and drying the powder or processing it into granules. In the fermentation process, corn raw materials only consume starch, and other nutrients not only do not decrease, but also increase relatively, such as increasing protein, making the composition of amino acids more reasonable. Tests on DDGS products show that it contains 18 kinds of amino acids required for animal growth and can also be used as a food additive. A large number of experiments and practical applications at home and abroad have shown that DDGS can be used as a mixed feed for cattle, chickens and fish, with fast weight gain, high output, low cost and good benefits. my country's DDGS production is a new industry developed in the past decade, and its production capacity is relatively small. According to statistics from the industry association, the annual production capacity of DDGS is about 250,000 tons, and it has not yet formed a large production capacity, so it cannot meet the domestic feed industry's needs for protein feed. In 2001, only 50% of the total demand for protein feed was met, and the market potential is huge.

4. Water-soluble protein

An aqueous protein extracted from crops such as corn, which is the essence of protein, is superoxide dismutase. It has anti-aging effects, can be directly and quickly absorbed by the human body, and participates in regulating the metabolism process. It is an essential raw material for skin care, beauty cosmetics and health products. The market demand is large, the supply is in short supply, and the price is rising year by year.
