Steps to stir-fry dried fern

1. Ingredients: 400 grams of dried fern, a little soy sauce, salt and cooking oil, some chopped sesame seeds or peanuts, and some shredded green onions and carrots.

2. Soak the dried bracken in water for a day two days before frying. When it is soaked thoroughly, take it out and cook it in a pot for twenty minutes. Then take it out and soak it in cold water for another day.

3. Heat oil in a wok, then add the shredded carrots and stir-fry first. When the shredded carrots become soft, add the processed dried bracken and stir-fry. While stir-frying, add soy sauce, salt, shredded green onions and other seasonings.

4. After frying for about three minutes, the dried bracken will be cooked. You can turn off the heat and serve it on a plate. Put the prepared crushed peanuts or sesame seeds on top of the dried bracken and serve it.
