Pork belly, chili pepper, salt, oil, cooking wine, soy sauce, MSG, sesame oil

Steps for stir-fried pork with peppers:

1. Wash the pork belly, cut it into thin slices, and marinate it with a small amount of salt and cooking wine.

2. Wash the large peppers, remove the seeds, and tear them into small pieces by hand.

3. Put a small amount of oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add the marinated pork belly, pour a little soy sauce and stir-fry. After the meat is cooked, pour it out and place it on the prepared plate.

4. Clean the pot, pour in oil, wait until the oil is hot, put the shredded chili peppers in the pot and stir-fry over low heat. When the surface of the chili peppers pop, stir-fry over high heat.

5. Pour the previously fried pork belly into the pot, add appropriate amount of salt and MSG, then pour in a small amount of sesame oil, stir evenly and it is ready to serve.

Tips: Choose pork belly that is red and white, and it must be fresh. You can buy it in the supermarket. The red peppers should be fresh, green, thick, and shiny.
