Long-term consumption of roses can not only give people a fresh body fragrance, but also promote blood circulation, making the skin rosy and beautiful.

Rose porridge is usually made from dehydrated, unopened rose buds (available in supermarkets and tea shops). All the essence of roses is contained in the unopened buds. Use fresh polished rice and glutinous rice to make porridge. Add an appropriate amount of fresh rose buds after cooking. When the porridge turns pink, it is ready to eat. Regular consumption of rose porridge can make your face more pleasing and make your skin more delicate. It can also treat stomachache caused by liver qi stagnation and has a calming, soothing and anti-depressant effect on emotions.
