1. Papaya milk

Papaya and milk are an ideal pair. When people want to eat it, they can prepare 200 grams of pure milk, 20 grams of rock sugar, and a fresh papaya. After removing the skin of the papaya, cut it in the middle, dig out the seeds and pulp inside, and then cut the papaya into small dices. Take a larger bowl, put the milk, papaya and rock sugar into the bowl, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and steam it in a steamer for 20 minutes.

3. Papaya and pork ribs soup

Green papayas that are not fully ripe can also be used to make pork ribs soup. When making it, you need to prepare half a green papaya, peel it, cut it into pieces, then prepare 300 grams of pork ribs, wash the ribs and chop them into pieces, blanch them in boiling water, put the processed ribs and papaya into the pot together, add appropriate amount of old ginger and green onion, and then add enough water, cook them together to make soup, add appropriate amount of table salt to season before serving.
