The ingredients for a home-cooked broccoli dish only require a broccoli head, a head of garlic, and a small amount of salt and cooking oil.

How to cook broccoli at home

1. First, use a knife to cut the broccoli into small pieces. Peel and wash the garlic and make it into minced garlic.

2. Heat water in the pot to about 80 degrees, then put the broccoli directly in. After about one and a half minutes, you can take it out and set aside.

3. Rinse the broccoli in cold water. This will not only preserve the color of the broccoli, but also remove internal impurities.

4. Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the wok and heat it. When the oil temperature reaches 90% hot, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the processed broccoli and stir-fry. Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry a few more times before serving.
