1. Remove the part of the cabbage close to the heart and cut it into thin strips.

5. Add a small spoonful of sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper oil, and a small spoonful of vinegar. It should be noted that the amount of soy sauce should not be too large, otherwise the color of the dish will be affected. Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt, mix well and serve.
