Can Tremella be used to make fruit tea?

Can Tremella be used to make fruit tea? Of course you can. Let me tell you how to make it.

Tremella fruit tea

Hawthorn is a fruit that is particularly good for health, especially for indigestion. It can also lower blood lipids, lower blood pressure, soften blood vessels, and prevent arteriosclerosis. Recent studies have found that hawthorn also has anti-cancer effects. Modern people generally overeat and have excessive nutrition, so they should eat a few hawthorns every day to help digestion and eliminate accumulation.

However, because hawthorn is too sour, people with sensitive teeth may not be able to enjoy it, but we can make it into drinkable hawthorn fruit tea. Ordinary fruit tea often needs a lot of sugar to increase viscosity and sweetness, which makes people unknowingly consume excessive sugar, which is not good for health. Therefore, I created a sugar-free version of healthy fruit tea, using Tremella to increase viscosity and honey instead of sugar. The Tremella Hawthorn Fruit Tea made in this way is not only sweet and sour, but also good for health.

How to make Tremella fruit tea

Ingredients: hawthorn, white fungus, honey

Method: 1. Use a knife to dig out the black stems at both ends of the hawthorn, cut the hawthorn fruit horizontally and remove the seeds.

2. Soak the white fungus in cold water and wash it.

3. Cut the white fungus and hawthorn into small pieces and put them into the soup pot.

4. Pour in enough water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.

5. Let the cooked Tremella and Hawthorn soup cool down, add honey, and blend it into a paste using a blender.

Tip: Be sure to cook the Tremella and hawthorn until they are soft and then blend them into a paste in a blender. If you blend them into a paste first and then cook them, the pot will easily get stuck.
