1. Preparation of ingredients for eel porridge

The ingredients needed include rice, two eels, 200 grams of pork chops, 100 grams of peanuts, and some wolfberries. The seasonings include salad oil, salt, onion, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, and pepper.

2. How to make eel porridge

Step 1: Soak the peanuts overnight and clean the surface of the eel.

Step 2: Use scissors to cut the eel into thin strips and soak them in clean water for an hour.

Step 3: Wash the rice and soak it in clean water for two hours.

Step 4: Chop the ribs and stir-fry them in hot water to remove the blood and set aside.

Step 5: Heat the pan with oil, then add the ginger to sauté until fragrant. Then put the ribs processed in the previous step into the pan and start frying. When both sides turn golden brown, drain the oil and take out.

Step 6: Take out the eel strips, drain them completely, put them into the previous pot and stir-fry, then add cooking wine to sauté and remove the fishy smell.

Step 7: Pour clean water and the water used to soak the eels into the porridge pot, add the eels and spareribs, turn on high heat and start stewing the soup. It is ready when the color of the soup slowly turns into milky white.

Step 8: Put rice, red dates and wolfberries in a pressure cooker, add pork ribs, eel soup and peanuts, and add pepper powder when the porridge is cooked.
