Ginger porridge: 6-9g fresh ginger, cut into thin slices or small grains; 100g-150g polished rice or glutinous rice, 12 jujubes, cook together into porridge, add appropriate amount of brown sugar when the porridge is almost done, cook for a while and then you can eat it. It has the effect of warming the lungs and stomach and dispelling wind and cold.
