Ingredients and steps for making two-color chicken porridge

1. Preparation of ingredients for double-color chicken porridge

Prepare one cup of rice, three green vegetables, 50 grams of chicken, 50 grams of pork, 30 grams of mushrooms, and seasonings including salad oil, salt, green onions, and water.

2. How to make two-color chicken porridge

Step 1: Wash the rice, add some oil and salt to it, stir well and pour into the casserole.

Step 2: Put enough water in the casserole. If you want thick porridge, put less water.

Step 3: Cover the casserole, bring the porridge to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and continue cooking for half an hour.

Step 4: While cooking porridge, soak the mushrooms in warm water.

Step 5: Peel the skin of the chicken and pork, chop the mushrooms, chicken, pork and onions into fine pieces, and further chop the chicken and pork into minced chicken.
