1. Preparation of fish bone porridge

100 grams of fish bones, a small bowl of rice, lettuce leaves, cooking oil, salt, soy sauce, corn starch, ginger, onion and pepper.

2. How to make fish bone porridge

Step 1: Wash all the fish bones first, cut them into small pieces with a knife and soak them in water.

Step 2: Wash the lettuce and cut into shreds. Peel the ginger and cut into shreds for later use.

Step 3: Remove the fish bones and drain, add ginger, salt, cooking oil, soy sauce, corn starch, stir well and marinate for ten minutes.

Step 4: Place the casserole on the pot, add porridge and enough water and bring to a boil.
