Precautions

The porridge made with bone broth is very fragrant and nutritious! After eating, the mouth is sticky because it is full of collagen, haha! It is very suitable for growing children or children who need to supplement calcium. You can use leftover rice or raw rice to make porridge. Raw rice needs to be cooked a little longer. I used it because I had a large pot of rice left at home. You can freely play with the ingredients in the salty porridge, such as adding dried shrimp, dried oysters, taro, preserved eggs, ribs, etc. Adding sesame paste before serving is to enhance the flavor, and adding peanut butter has the same effect. The saltiness of the porridge is adjusted by personal taste. If the time is just right, the crispy meat tastes crispy and magical. This is probably why it is called crispy meat, haha. To make bone broth, just boil it and turn to medium and low heat and simmer slowly.
