Turn off the heat after the color of the roses in the pot becomes lighter and the soup turns red.

2. After taking out the cooked rose flowers, add rock sugar to the filtered rose soup and continue to boil it in the pot. Stir constantly during the boiling process to prevent the pot from becoming a thick sauce. Turn off the heat, take out and cool it down, then put it into a clean glass bottle. 1. When making rose jam with dried roses, you can also wash the dried roses in advance, then steam them in a pot, and continue steaming them over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. After steaming, take out the rose petals, mash them vigorously, and then add appropriate amount of white sugar to marinate.

2. After three hours, the rose petals can be pickled. Put them into a clean stainless steel pot and heat them.
