1. Ingredients for corned beef

If you want the fried beef to taste good, the ingredients for marinating the beef are very important. It requires one kilogram of Korean soy sauce, two hundred grams of sake, five hundred grams of sugar, two hundred grams of beef powder, one hundred and fifty grams of pepper, one hundred grams of MSG, one hundred grams of garlic, two hundred grams of ginger, five hundred grams each of onion and pear, fifty grams of sesame oil, fifty grams of cooked sesame seeds, and four kilograms of water.

2. Preparation of marinated beef sauce

Put the prepared soy sauce, sake, sugar and water in a container and mix well. Then add beef powder, MSG and pepper powder and mix well and set aside. Put ginger, garlic, pear and onion together and use a food processor to beat them into a paste. Then put them into the soup. Finally, add sesame oil and cooked sesame seeds and mix well. After mixing, put it in the refrigerator and take it out when needed.

3. Marinating of beef

Prepare the tender beef, wash it with clean water and remove the moisture, then cut it into pieces of your choice. Be careful not to make it too thick.
