(2) 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 egg white, 1/2 teaspoon starch, 6 red dates, yam

How to make yam and chicken porridge

1. Peel and dice the yam, wash and cut the celery into small pieces, and set aside.

2. Chop the chicken breast into small pieces, add ingredient (2) and mix well to make chicken puree. Set aside.

3. Wash the rice, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until almost cooked, add red dates and yam, add appropriate amount of salt after everything is cooked, and finally add minced chicken, egg white, black sesame seeds and celery.

1. Peel the yam and cut it into small pieces, chop the chicken breast into puree, and chop the carrots for later use.

2. Chop shallots, ginger and coriander into small pieces for later use

3. Wash the rice, put it in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil it over high heat, then turn to medium heat and continue to cook.

4. When it is 70% cooked, add the diced yam and stir evenly.

5. When the chicken is cooked to 80%, add the minced chicken and stir evenly.

6. When it is 90% cooked, add the diced carrots and stir evenly.

7. Then add chopped coriander, ginger and shallot, season with salt, and continue stirring.

8. After all the ingredients are completely blended, add a few drops of sesame oil and turn off the heat.
