500g red watermelon, 500g small watermelon, 20g Geely T, 100g granulated sugar

1. Squeeze the two types of watermelon into juice and set aside.

2. Mix the fine sugar with the Geely T dry mixture, divide it into two equal parts and add them to the red and yellow watermelon juices respectively, mix well, then heat over low heat to 80°C until the sugar and Geely T are completely dissolved. (Stir constantly while heating so that the Geely T will not clump.)

3. Pour the two jelly liquids from step 2 into coffee cups while they are still hot, about 50% full. After cooling, take them out and serve.
