How to make nutritious porridge - rapeseed porridge

1. Wash the japonica rice and cook it in water until it is cooked;

2. Wash the rapeseed and cut it into small pieces (about one finger wide);

3. Put rapeseed into the porridge, add peanut oil, and cook over low heat until the porridge has a slight vegetable color, which proves that the porridge has the aroma of vegetables;

Tips

1. If you have red meat or pork liver, don't add too much, otherwise the taste will be too strong and the taste of the dish will be covered up and it won't taste good.

2. If you have red meat or pork liver, sprinkle some pepper on it before serving, it will taste better~~~

3. Also, if you cook for your baby, you should chop the vegetables well and cook the porridge well so that it is easier to absorb.

4. When cooking porridge, do not cover the pot after adding the vegetables, because the vegetables will easily become old (yellowish)

5. A little fish sauce will make the taste more delicious, but you don’t have to add it if you don’t like it (fish sauce is generally salty, so you don’t have to add salt if you add too much)
