Fish Porridge

I believe that everyone drinks fish fillet porridge frequently in daily life. Because this porridge is rich in nutrition and easy to make, it is loved by everyone.

Fish porridge ingredients

Fish fillet, cornstarch, salt, egg white, shredded ginger, chopped green onion, bone broth

How to make fish porridge

1.Cook the porridge.

2. Mix the fish fillets with cornstarch, salt and egg white and knead them evenly.

3. Cut the ginger into shreds, add the fish fillet and ginger. If you have bone broth, add some for a better effect.

4. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for a while.

5. Add seasoning and chopped green onion.

Some precautions for cooking fish porridge

It is best to use fresh fish for stir-frying fish fillets, and mix the cut fish fillets with appropriate amount of salt, egg white and starch, and let it sit for a while.

Before frying, the fish fillets should be dipped in the oil pan and when the oil temperature reaches 30% to 40% cooked, put the fish fillets in. When they turn white and float lightly, remove them from the oil and drain.

Then, leave a little remaining oil in the pot, add onion, minced ginger, cooking wine, MSG, salt, and hot soup, thicken with water starch, pour in the fish fillets and stir-fry for a few times.

The fish fillets fried in this way are white in color, tender and complete in texture. Fish is particularly rich in vitamin D, which helps the body absorb calcium. In addition, the vitamin E it contains can promote blood circulation, eliminate body aches, and prevent cold hands and feet. Crabs are rich in B vitamins and minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, and iron; the broth cooked with crabs is not only more delicious, but also moisturizes the skin.
