Japonica rice nutritional ingredients

Japonica rice, also known as rice or polished rice, contains essential starch, protein, fat, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, niacin, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other nutrients that are necessary for the human body, and can provide the nutrients and calories needed by the human body. The content of protein, fat and vitamins in brown rice is higher than that in white rice. The crude fiber molecules in the rice bran layer help gastrointestinal motility and have a certain therapeutic effect on digestive tract diseases such as stomach problems, constipation and hemorrhoids. Cooking porridge with japonica rice has a history of more than 2,000 years for health preservation and longevity. The top layer of porridge oil in japonica rice porridge can replenish fluids and essence, and is most suitable for patients, pregnant women and the elderly.

The crystal structure of white ochre belongs to the triclinic system. The single crystal is flaky, rare, and extremely small. Under an electron microscope, the flaky crystals are hexagonal, triangular, or cut-angled triangles. The aggregates are loose scales, earthy, or dense blocks, and occasionally stalactites. The pure ones are white. If mixed with impurities such as iron and manganese, they can be dyed into light yellow, light gray, light red, light green, light brown, etc. The streaks are white or off-white. The dense blocks are dull or waxy, and the thin scales can be pearly.
