Steps to make tofu radish cubes

I dried some radishes in my spare time. Although they were cherry radishes, the taste was similar to those made with large white radishes, except that it took more effort to peel them. I couldn't buy large radishes here, so I just used cherry radishes.
This dish is salty, fragrant and spicy. It is made from a wide range of ingredients and is simple to prepare. Dried radish and tofu are stir-fried with some chili and lima beans. It is chewy and goes well with rice.

Steps to make tofu radish cubes

1. Dried radish that you sun-dry yourself

2. Cut the dried tofu and radish into half finger-sized pieces, rinse twice with water to reduce the saltiness, thaw the lima beans, wash and drain, cut the chili into sections, and add a small amount of oil to stir-fry the dried tofu;

3. Continue to stir-fry the dried radish until fragrant;

4. Drain the water from the lima beans and fry until cooked;

5. In another pot, add a little oil, add dried chili and garlic slices, and fry over low heat until the chili turns color;

6. Pour in lima beans and dried tofu, add 1/2 teaspoon of refined salt, and stir fry for a few times;

7. Pour in the dried radish, 1/8 tsp of five-spice powder and 1/4 tsp of sugar, add 1 tsp of cooking wine, stir quickly and serve;

Tips

1. Stir-fry the dried tofu until it is slightly dry, and then stir-fry until it turns light yellow and has a chewy texture;

Second, the dried radish is too salty. Wait until the dried tofu and lima beans are fully salted before adding them to the pot, so that the dried radish will not become more salty.

3. Lima beans can be replaced with broad beans.
