It has the effects of clearing away internal heat, dispersing internal heat, and improving eyesight.

How to eat tricholoma

Chicken stew with tricholoma

1. Raw materials:

1. Main ingredients: 50 grams of tricholoma, 1 whole chicken (about 1000 grams).

2. Seasoning: cooking wine, salt, MSG, scallion, ginger, chicken broth, and cooking oil.

2. Preparation method:

1. Soak the tricholoma in warm water, remove the impurities and stems, wash and slice with a knife. Wash the chicken, put it in boiling water for a while, take it out, wash off the blood, and cut into pieces.

2. Heat raw oil in a pan, add chicken pieces and stir-fry until water is dry, add cooking wine and stir-fry for a few times, add chicken broth, salt, MSG, onion, ginger, and tricholoma slices, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until chicken is cooked through and flavorful, then serve.

Note: Chicken has always been regarded as a good product of sweet and warm food supplements. 1. Raw materials:

1. Main ingredients: 600 grams of tricholoma, 100 grams of tenderloin, 50 grams of green pepper, and 1 egg white.

2. Seasoning: refined salt, MSG, soy sauce, garlic cloves, broad bean gouache, and cooked lard.

2. Preparation method:

1. Remove the dirt from the roots of the tricholoma, wash and cut into small pieces. Wash and slice the tenderloin. Wash the green pepper and cut into nail-shaped pieces. Slice the garlic cloves.

2. Put the tenderloin slices into a bowl, add egg white, add broad bean water powder and mix well.

3. Put the wok on high heat, add cooked lard after the wok is heated, and when it is 30% hot, put the tenderloin in the wok, stir with chopsticks until cooked, remove from the oil. Let the oil continue to heat until 50%, add the tricholoma and stir until 70% cooked, remove from the wok and pour into a colander to drain the remaining oil.

4. Leave some oil in the wok, fry the garlic slices first, then add the green pepper and stir-fry until cooked, then add the green onion, pork tenderloin slices, salt and soy sauce and stir-fry until flavorful, thicken with broad bean gouache, add MSG, pour in the cooked lard and stir well.

Note: The Qingtou mushroom in the dish is sweet and cold in nature, rich in protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, thiamine and other substances, and has the effects of clearing liver fire, dispersing internal heat, and improving eyesight. It is paired with pork, which nourishes the liver and kidneys and nourishes yin fluid. It can often be used as an auxiliary dietary therapy dish for liver and kidney yin deficiency, virtual fire disturbance, blurred vision, liver fire internal heat, dizziness and other symptoms.
