Ingredients: 100g rice, 100g mushrooms, 150g Shanghai greens, 150g pork, some black pepper, a pinch of salt

Mushroom and lean meat porridge recipe

1. Soak the rice in water 1 hour in advance. (Soaked rice is easier to cook)

2. Dice the Shanghai greens and slice the mushrooms for later use.

3. Cut the pork into thin strips and set aside.

4. Put the soaked rice into the pot and cook until cooked.

5. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry pork.

6. Add black pepper and stir-fry, then set aside.

7. Add mushrooms and Shanghai greens into the pan and stir-fry. Set aside.

8. When the porridge is cooked until the grains are full, add the fried pork and vegetables.

9. Stir well and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

10. Add salt to taste and serve.
