[Effects and indications] Ginseng nourishes the body and strengthens the body. It tastes sweet, slightly bitter, and is warm in nature. Its main components are ginsenosides, ginsenosides, volatile oils, sugars, etc. Pharmacological studies have shown that ginseng can excite the central nervous system, accelerate nerve conduction, and strengthen the heart's contraction force when taken in moderation; it has the effects of improving digestion and absorption, increasing appetite, and promoting protein synthesis. The ancients believed that ginseng "tonifies the five internal organs, improves eyesight and intelligence. Long-term use can make the body lighter and prolong life."
