Chicken stew with meat and mushrooms

Ingredients: 500g bone-in chicken, 200g meat mushrooms, soaked magnolia slices, 15g cooked ham, 15g blanched rapeseed, cooked lard, refined salt, MSG, Shaoxing wine, pepper water, paste soup, onion, ginger, garlic, and aniseed as appropriate;

Ingredients: 150g mushroom, 200g pork filling, 100g middle cabbage, a little chopped green onion; + Seasoning: appropriate amount of bitter melon puree sauce, 1 tsp refined salt, 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine, 1%2F2 tsp sesame oil;

practice:
