Grilled eel

1. Eel is delicious when grilled. You can prepare a fresh eel, salt, barbecue sauce, honey, dark soy sauce and other seasonings in appropriate amounts. Clean the eel in advance, wash it with clean water, and then use a knife to remove its bones and get the eel meat for later use.

2. Cut the eel meat into segments and put it into a plate. Then put it into a steamer and steam it. Take it out and place it on a baking tray. Put the prepared seasonings together to make a sauce, then spread it on the surface of the eel meat. Put it into the oven and bake at 200 degrees for fifteen minutes. You need to take it out and apply the sauce twice in the middle. After frying, it will be golden in color and have an attractive aroma. It is especially delicious.

Braised eel

1. Braised eel is also very delicious. When making it, you need to prepare an eel, ginger, chopped green onion, light soy sauce, sugar, salt and other ingredients in appropriate amounts.

2. Clean the eel, cut it into segments and set aside. Heat oil in a pan, then put the eel meat into the pan and fry until both sides are golden brown. Then add ginger slices and cooking wine, add a small amount of water and bring to a boil. After boiling, add light soy sauce and sugar.

3. Bring to a boil again, add appropriate amount of salt to season, then simmer over medium heat. When the soup thickens, take it out and put it on a plate, then sprinkle with chopped green onions. The homemade braised eel is ready to be eaten.
