Method 1

1. There are many different ways to make wild kiwifruit wine. You can prepare an appropriate amount of fresh wild kiwifruit and an appropriate amount of liquor. Put the prepared wild kiwifruit under running water, rinse it repeatedly, and then dry the surface water. After washing the kiwifruit, cut off both ends with a fruit knife and sell its peel.

2. Cut the wild kiwifruit pulp into small pieces, put it into a relatively large clean glass bottle, and then put in the prepared pure grain liquor. The liquor must completely immerse the kiwifruit pulp. After putting in the liquor, seal the mouth of the glass bottle, and then put it in a cool and ventilated place for soaking. After 30 to 40 days, the kiwifruit wine inside will be ready. After soaking, take out the kiwifruit wine and drink it directly, or filter it before drinking.

Method 2

1. When making wild kiwi wine, you can also prepare fresh wild kiwi and appropriate amount of sugar. Ripen the prepared fresh kiwi until its maturity rate exceeds 80%, then wash it with clean water and remove the peel on its surface. Put the peeled wild kiwi in a clean jar, seal it and ferment it naturally. After 3 to 5 days, you can smell the rich aroma of wine. At this time, you can add appropriate amount of sugar.

2. Add sugar to the kiwi fruit and continue fermenting. Stir it 1-2 times a day with a clean bamboo stick. After fermentation is complete, large bubbles will appear inside, and the kiwi fruit pulp inside will all turn into water. At this time, you can also smell the tempting aroma of wine. After taking it out, filter the kiwi wine with clean gauze and put it into a clean glass bottle for secondary fermentation. After 40 to 50 days, the kiwi wine inside will be ready.
