When making it, you need to prepare one kilogram of fresh mulberries, one hundred grams of crystal sugar, and one kilogram of white wine. Wash the prepared mulberries with clean water and drain the surface water.

2. Put the washed mulberries directly into a clean glass bottle, add the prepared rock sugar, and then pour in the prepared white wine. Mix them evenly with clean chopsticks, seal the bottle mouth, cover the bottle cap, and put it in a cool and ventilated place to let it ferment naturally. Take it out and filter it after three months. The purple liquid obtained is the sweet and sour mulberry wine.

Mulberry paste

1. Making mulberries into mulberry paste is also a common way to eat it. When making it, you need to prepare one kilogram of fresh mulberries, one hundred grams of honey, and an appropriate amount of water.

2. Rinse the prepared fresh mulberries with clean water, remove the moisture, put them in a clean large basin, mash them vigorously, put them in a clean pot, heat them to a boil, and simmer them slowly. After the mulberry pulp in the pot becomes thick, add the prepared honey and simmer them into a thick paste. After cooling, take them out, put them into a clean glass bottle and seal them for storage. The prepared mulberry paste can be eaten directly or mixed with warm water.
