2. Sterilize the prepared glass container with high temperature and remove all the water inside. Wash all the fresh jujubes with clean water and dry the surface water after washing.

3. Put the washed jujube into a glass container, add the prepared white wine, mix well with clean chopsticks, seal the glass container with plastic wrap, cover it with a lid, and place it in a warm environment to ferment.

4. After the jujube wine in the container has fermented for four days, open the bottle cap, add the prepared honey, then seal it again and continue fermenting. After seven days, the jujube wine inside will be fermented. After taking it out and filtering, the dark red liquid obtained is the finished jujube wine, which can be drunk directly when needed.

1. When making jujube wine, you can also prepare 1,500 grams of fresh jujube, 1 kilogram of rock sugar, 100 grams of white wine, 2,000 grams of pure water, and a large glass jar.

2. Wash the prepared jujubes, dry them in the sun, and make sure there is no raw water on their surface before putting them into the sterilized large glass jar. Put a layer of jujubes and a layer of rock sugar, and put them in alternately. Finally, pour the prepared white wine into the glass jar.

3. Next, pour the prepared purified water into the jar to make sure that the water covers the jujubes. Seal the mouth of the glass jar with plastic wrap, cover the jar, and place it in a warm environment for fermentation. After three months, the jujube wine will be fermented to a certain level and can be taken out for drinking. The longer the jujube wine is stored, the better it tastes.
