Fresh shrimp, loofah, ginger, garlic, broth, salt, chicken stock

How to cook fried loofah with shrimp

1. Remove the head and shell of the fresh shrimp, leaving the tail, cut open the shrimp, pick out the shrimp thread, and marinate with cooking wine and water starch for more than ten minutes;

2. Peel the loofah and cut into dices, cut the ginger into shreds, and slice the garlic;

3. When the oil in the pan is hot, add the shrimp and stir-fry until it changes color, then set aside;
