Steps to make egg porridge

1. Wash the pearl rice with clean water, and then soak it in clean water for half an hour. While soaking, add clean water to the porridge pot and bring it to a boil. After boiling, take out the soaked pearl skin and put it into the pot. After boiling again, turn down the heat.

2. Simmer over medium-low heat for about half an hour, crack the prepared eggs into a bowl, add the prepared salt and cooking oil, and finally add the chopped green onion, then use chopsticks to stir evenly to make egg liquid.

3. Wait until all the pearl skins in the pot have bloomed and the porridge has become soft and glutinous, then pour the egg liquid in the bowl into the pot, quickly stir it with a spoon, then turn off the heat.
