How to grow roses

Speaking of flowers, many friends may think of roses first. In fact, in our country, roses are the real "queen of flowers". Roses have a long flowering cycle and can bloom from May to November. Therefore, compared with roses, roses are one of the most suitable bonsai flowers. Let me tell you how to grow roses!

How to grow roses

1. To ensure that the rose can bloom every month, it is important to properly prune the branches and flowers. Control the flowering cycle in a month. For example, let the rose bloom from June 8 to 24, and prune the flowers and branches around the 25th to prepare for the next month's flowering.

2. Appropriate fertilizer and water management. Roses must be fertilized and maintained with adequate water for flowering. After all, there is a saying that goes, "If you want the donkey to run, you have to feed it with grass!" Therefore, it is very important to add appropriate fertilizer every month. When the plant is pruned and the new generation of buds does not germinate, spray the leaves with 0.2% urea every 5 or 6 days. If the new branches bud later than planned, spray the leaves with 0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate every 5 or 6 days to make the buds grow rapidly. Roses consume a lot of water and nutrients in the body during flowering, so the water supply must be sufficient.

Rose flowering conditions:

1. Adequate lighting conditions, maintain ventilation and provide sunlight for more than half a day.

2. Prune branches frequently. For specific branch pruning requirements, please refer to the information.

3. Apply fertilizer in time and frequently. Pay attention to fertilizing roses during the flowering and budding periods.

4. Pay attention to the occurrence of pests and diseases. It is important to spray pesticides appropriately, especially in seasons when pests and diseases are prevalent.
