2. Make desserts

Bergamot desserts are also very delicious. When making them, you need to wash the fresh dried sweet potatoes with clean water, then use a fruit knife to cut them into small pieces, or directly cut them into thin strips, then put them in a bowl and add an appropriate amount of rock sugar. Marinate for 5 to 6 hours. After marinating, put them in a pot, add a small amount of clean water and stew until it boils, then stew over medium and low heat for half an hour. After stewing, take them out and eat them.

3. Soak in water and drink

When making it, you need to cut fresh bergamot into shreds, prepare an appropriate amount of scallion and ginger shreds, heat oil in a wok, add the scallion and ginger shreds into the wok and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the bergamot shreds into the wok and stir-fry quickly, add a small amount of table salt and light soy sauce to enhance the flavor, and it can be served directly after two or three minutes.
